Level 3 Denounces Comcast 'Toll' On Internet Traffic (Barron's: Tech Trader Daily)
This is an interesting story, though I think more info is needed to understand what its really all about. The Level 3 press release is very vague. I'm guessing it might have something to do with Netflix-type streaming traffic (Level 3 recently signed a distribution deal with Netflix).
