GE, Vivendi agree to value NBCU stake at $5.8 billion (Reuters)

At $5.8 billion for 20%, that's less than the $30 billion that GE and Comcast agreed to value the entire company at. I assumed
Vivendi would get some kind of premium. My guess is that there are some other considerations involved.
