Although T-Mobile's 3G network has been officially on in the area since the beginning of the month, I wasn't sure from some of the initial reports I read in the national media whether the Android-based G1 phone was available here yet. I checked, and it is.
Be aware, however, that T-Mobile's own coverage map suggests there is not much 3G coverage in some of the northern Pennsylvania suburbs or west of the Blue Route. I don't know if this is totally up to date, but it is their map.
A map of T-Mobile retail locations is here.
