NJTechWeekly profiles tech community's Sandy relief efforts
Philly Tech News contributor Esther Surden's NJTechWeekly.com has kept a running account over the past couple of weeks about how the New Jersey tech community has pitched in to help companies and users get back on their feet in the wake of Sandy. Larger companies such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Samsung, smaller companies, organizations such as NJ Tech Meetup and Jersey Shore Tech Meetup, and coworking spaces have made contributions in terms of money, supplies, space and other forms of assistance to help get tech-dependent workers and others going again.
Surden also thanks the NJ News Commons at Montclair State for offering a backup newsroom to NJTechWeekly.com when it didn't have power.
