Vitruvian's CRF (Plymouth Meeting) viewed as next eClinical target of scale to go
Bracket Global (Wayne), ERT (Philadelphia) and BioClinica (Doylestown) all commanded mid-teen multiples of EBITDA."

Bracket Global was just acquired by Genstar Capital.

Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV), with offices in Radnor, is also about to enter the market.
