The most recent incident involved trading prior to SAP's Concur bid in 2014.

There is also a complaint concerning his 2007 trading in advance of SAP's Business Objects bid. He was employed by Business Objects at the time.

The accused allegedly used proceeds of about $100,000 as a source of venture funding. Total proceeds were over  $500,000. Three others were also named as defendants.

SAP was involved in another insider case settled in 2014 involving an assistant to the co-CEO's office trading on both the SuccessFactors and Ariba deals.
