Comcast Sues Over Exec Heading to Sprint (Cablefax)
Here's what Rob Roy was talking about a couple of months prior to trying to leave for Sprint. On LinkedIn, he still shows Comcast as his employer. He joined Comcast late last year as SVP Digital Revenue from Time Warner Cable, where he had a similar title. It isn't clear to me from his profile what his line responsibility has been at Comcast.
According to the suit, he’s schedule to begin his job at Sprint June 29.
