SAP completes Ariba acquisition



SAP today announced it had closed its acquisition of Ariba, now valued at $4.51 billion.

SAP had announced late Friday that the Department of Justice had completed its review,
terminating the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period, evidently without requiring any conditions.
