I can’ believe Comcast and DirecTV are not offering HBO GO through Roku even though consumers have made it clear that this is something they want. To me, this shows that neither of these companies are putting the customer first. Since this seems to be a common occurrence in the corporate world, I’m glad to work for a company that actually focuses on the customer, DISH. DISH is doing their best to offer as many services in as many ways as possible, every day because that’s what customers want. Maybe one day, other companies will follow their lead.
