eResearchTechnology Inc. entered into a lease with NNN 1818 Market Street LLC for new office space at 1818 Market St., according to the CoStar Group The lease commences in November, 2008. The lease provides for approximately 59,400 square feet of space compared with about 40,000 square feet at its current facilities at 30 South 17th Street . The term of the lease is 11 years, with two 5-year renewal options.
