PhindMe, a Philadelphia-based startup providing mobile location-based services, recently filed a Regdex form with the SEC. This probably means they have completed a funding round, though I can't confirm that since I don't have a copy of the original paper form, only the cover sheet which is displayed online.
This coincides with an announcement today that PhindMe has hired three senior managers.
