Report: Radnor's QlikTech preparing for IPO

The 451 Group blog "Inorganic Growth" says that Radnor's QlikTech, the in-memory Business Intelligence provider, is taking steps in preparation for an initial public offering. QlikTech has reportedly chosen bankers (Morgan Stanley, CitiGroup and JPMorgan) and is preparing its IPO paperwork. Revenue was $120 million in 2008, up from $80 million in 2007, and certainly appears to have grown in 2009. The company was hinting at an IPO two years ago before the market meltdown.
