Princeton's MuseAmi Raises VC Funds

MuseAmi Inc., a Princeton-based music software startup, has raised $1.5 million in VC funding, according to regulatory filings dug up by PE Hub.
It had previously been seeded by Mohr Davidow Ventures, but it is not clear where this current round came from. MuseAmi's website, which is basically just a placeholder right now, describes itself as follow:

"A cutting edge music software company with new transformational technology that empowers you to play, share, create, learn, and teach music - all in the palm of your hand. We are creating a virtuous cycle of consumer handheld embedded products synergistic with web products powered by MuseAmi technology."
